Morgan and Associates Title Company has been in operation since April, 1998 and grew out of the real estate practice of John M. Morgan, an attorney with 24 years of real estate and probate experience in Lee County.

Unlike most area title companies, our staff does not continually change.  Everyone in our office has a minimum of three years experience with our company.  Our senior staff has over a combined 40 years in the industry.

Our office prides itself on offering outstanding customer service and a warm atmosphere when you walk in the door.  To make our closings a little less frightening and give a more warm, cozy feeling, we serve warm cookies and coffee during the closing.

One of the most important aspects of real estate is return customers and referrals.  Morgan & Associates assists you in this respect by standing behind our work and always taking time out to answer even the smallest question or problem that your customer may have.

Amy Wellington, a native of Fort Myers, started her title career as a part time legal secretary to Attorney John M. Morgan through the business cooperative program at Riverdale High School. After graduation she assumed a full time position with John M. Morgan, Attorney while obtaining her paralegal degree from Southwest Florida College of Business. Amy specialized in mortgage foreclosures, tenant evictions, probate and residential/commercial real estate transactions. In 1989 John M. Morgan founded Morgan & Associates Title company. By 2002 the company was ready to expand by opening an office in Fort Myers, where Amy was appointed office manager. Outside the office Amy enjoys traveling, football, boating and spending time with her long-term boyfriend and their two dogs.

DiAnna has over 18 years of experience in closing real estate transactions and has been employed with either John M. Morgan, Attorney at Law or Morgan & Associates Title Company since 1989. DiAnna has been the managing officer at Morgan & Associates Title Company since its opening in 1998. A native of Reed City Michigan.  DiAnna Reisinger has been in the title insurance business since 1990 and manager of the Lehigh Acres office of Morgan & Associates Title Company since 1998.  She resides in Lehigh Acres with her husband Andy and their twins Morgan & Madison. As an active member of the community, DiAnna and her husband are involved in community events, especially Lehigh Spring Festival and Relay For Life.  Other involvements include:  Colonial Bank Advisory Board, Lehigh Town Center Celebration and the company's annual Customer Appreciation Luncheon.  When not involved in community activities, she and her husband enjoy attending Mediaeval and Pirate festivals. Another passion of DiAnna's is dance.  As a member of the Lehigh Dancing Diva's competition group, DiAnna competed with them in Berlin Germany where they had the distinct honor of coming in 2nd in the world.  She is still an active member of the competition group and on the week-ends, teaches dance at Patty's Dance Studio, besides keeping active with conditioning, yoga and kickboxing classes weekly.
